• Lead Disbursement Policy

  The leads purchased on a monthly basis will be divided by 20 business days to equal a daily cap for lead distribution purposes. For example if 20 leads were purchased on a monthly basis then 1 lead per business day would be delivered.

• Turn Around Policy

  Please allow 3 – 5 business days after receipt of payment for leads to be dispersed

• Format

  Leads will be sent in email format.

• Making changes to filtered criteria

  If you have any problems or issues regarding any of your leads, or if you would like to edit your Underwriting Guidelines / Minimum Funding Requirements, you can contact our live customer service line and be serviced immediately.

• Bad Leads

  A 10% Built in lead credit is included on all lead orders for all bad leads. An order for 100 leads will receive 110 leads.

• Lead Rights

  Lead rights are for 60 days.

• Non Disclosure Agreement

  Merchants Quest does not disclose any confidential information of our clients and asks for mutual confidentiality.
